Roger Curry - Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee Member. Mr. Curry is retired after a 40 year career in the logistics, freight and supply chain industries. During his career he had senior level positions with several of the industry’s largest and most innovative companies. Mr. Curry served as President and CEO of Consolidated Freightways, Emery Worldwide, CF Air Freight and Menlo Worldwide. He also served as COO of Agistix, a leader in logistics and supply chain technology. Mr. Curry serves on the boards of Parts River, Inc. and Creativity, Inc.. David I. Beatson - Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Audit Committee Member. Mr. Beatson is the Chief Executive Officer of GlobalWare Solutions (GWS), a global Supply Chain Management Solution Provider. Prior to joining GWS, he served as the Principal and Founder of Ascent Advisors, LLC, a strategic advisory firm that provides industry consulting and M&A advice to private equity and venture capital firms. He has over 30 years of senior management experience including past President and CEO of Emery Worldwide and Chairman of Circle International Group. Mr. Beatson also served as CEO of Panalpina North America, Inc. Mr. Beatson currently serves on the Board of Directors of PFSweb, Descartes Systems, Active Aero and TransTrade. In addition, he is a member of the Deans Advisory Council, Fisher School of Business, at The Ohio State University. Eric Blot-Lefevre - Compensation Committee, Audit Committee Member. Mr. Blot-Lefevre is the Chairman of TrustWin. He is also the founder of TRUSTSEED SAS and TrustMission SAS™. Mr. Blot-Lefevre holds 20 worldwide patents for trustworthy infrastructure and legacy systems. He was also co-founder of EUROPATRUST SA and a partner in VALICERT. Prior to that, he served as Chairman of XRT – CERG FINANCE and as a Director of SICOVAM. As a founder of Electronic Commerce Europe Bruxelles, he was a delegate to the European Identity Think Tank dedicated to a new Pan-European Currency of Personal Identity, Digital Signatures, National ID, ID Card and Interoperability. Mr. Blot-Lefevre also served as Group Treasurer of L’OREAL, Group Treasurer and CFO for THOMSON SA, CEO of BATIF Bank and Corporate Finance Treasurer of Thales Group. He also served as Director of the Board of SICOVAM, Paris Stock Exchange Market (EURONEXT). John W. Veenstra - Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Veenstra has been GeoTag’s Chief Executive Officer since December 2010. Mr. Veenstra is the co-inventor of a United States Patent No. 5,930,474 titled “Internet Organizer for Accessing Geographically and Topically Based Information” (“ ’474 ”). Previously, Veenstra served as CEO and Chairman of Cityhub.com, Inc., a privately held patent holding company. In 1995 he founded and served as the CEO and Chairman of ZLAND.com, Inc. an early internet pioneer with innovations in online yellow pages, location search and a full suite of business applications delivered via the cloud (SAS). Previously Veenstra had a twenty year career in publicly listed Fortune 500 companies such as Chrysler Corporation, Consolidated Freightways (Con-Way) and Wallace Computer Services (Moore Business Forms/RR Donnelly & Sons). Lawrence P. Howorth - President, Chief Financial Officer and Director Mr. Howorth has been GeoTag’s President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2011. Mr. Howorth has over 35 years of multinational operations and financial executive experience in software and internet technology, waste management and renewable energy, retail, petroleum and mining, clean-tech, education, building and development. He serves on the Board of Directors of HOWORTH International, LLC, a multinational provider of business development services in Brazil and other international markets. Prior to that, Mr. Howorth led the international financial operations of Smith International (NYSE: SII) and was Chief Financial Officer and President of Learning Tree International (NASDAQ: LTRE). Mr. Howorth also co-founded Event411 Inc. and SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing Inc. Mr. Howorth qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant and was part of the Professional Audit and Consulting Staff for KPMG. |
